Previews!

Elvis and Juliet

We had our final dress rehearsal of Elvis and Juliet last night. The audience ate it up! Thank Jesus. I had no idea how the audience would respond. Continuing to have rehearsal, probably throughout previews. Our press opening is June 7th. It's a summer souffle. And maybe just what New York needs right now. My favorite moment last night was when David Rasche was attempting to recite Shakepeare to me and couldn't get it, so he took a drink of his bourbon and just kept at it. There were a few time I wish I had a drink on stage last night, but all in all, I felt groovy.
