What is that?

A Turkey Buzzard

Yes, that's right folks. Imagine being in a graveyard, it's a gray day, rainy slightly, when one of these flies over you. Their wing span is 6 feet long...and they eat dead things. Eight of them were perched on this very strange looking tree. It was the set of Halloween 10. My friend said, "That is a buzzard," and I said, "but it looks like a turkey."...hence we were both right. There are some odd creatures in this world. I am sure there will be a plethora in Costa Rica.

My friend and I went to Cold Spring, NY over the weekend. We stayed in this B&B for free because a couple of people my friend knows couldn't use it and it was too late to cancel. The food was amazing. And it usually costs $228 bucks a night PLUS we got a $50 dinner voucher and free breakfast. Pretty kickass. I love free. Such a cute town, did a little shopping, hiked a bit, read and slept a lot. Man, I was tired. And I have decided that I want to go kayaking. It was a big activity in this town. The weather wasn't fantastic, so we decided to save it for another time.

Man, I have the Monday Blues. So tired and it's rainy out. I am going to the US Open on Wednesday, so that is keeping me truckin'. Sweet. And the fact that we have Labor Day off. Yipeekayyay.
